I’m a fan of all our produce made with organic stone-crushed flour, a supporter of ‘slow-rising dough’ and tasty, healthy dishes. For me, farmers are the real heroes.
As a qualified sommelier, I am passionate about good-quality wines and oil. Good wines comes from producers’ passions so I choose those with the best stories, philosophies… and, of course, taste. I offer the most ‘natural’ and typical wines at our tastings.
