The Restaurant, in keeping with your stay at Casa Bruciata, offers a unique dining experience. Overlooking the breathtaking Nese Valley and boasting seasonal menus that specialise in Umbrian Cuisine, this Restaurant serves quality food and wine that is largely organic and produce of the Tenuta di Casa Bruciata itself and surrounding estates.
Due to the location of the Restaurant, it is important that you book a table before 12 noon of the day you wish to dine. Menus are set but change daily. Vegetarians are catered for, but again you need to inform on booking. The price is €30 (adult) €20 (children) and is inclusive of 3 courses and wine (1 bottle per 2 adults) and water.
Typical dishes might include:
- Eggplant pie with tomatoes coulis and mozzarella of bufala
- Strangozzi alla rustica with onion, sausage, parsley and fennel
- Wild boar with tomato sauce
- Tozzetti (tipical biscuits) with sweet local wine
or:
- Crepes with fresh vegetable
- Rise with flower of zucchini and cheese
- Dear with porcini mushroom with spinach
- Tiramisu with fresh mint and strawberry
